Salthouse Sunday 11th September 2011 – Cockaday Cup

The club’s first match of the new season kicked off in weather reminiscent of mid-summer, a pleasant change from those months of cold north-easterlies.  Selecting Salthouse over the top of the tide to hopefully tempt an early bass or a quality flounder.  Our expectations were high that this just might happen with a light east/south

With 8 or so members away we were not sure of the turnout for the first match of the season, however with 3 new members joining we did manage a good showing of 15 anglers, so a big welcome to the new guys.
